The seventh day of \ud835\udde1\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6 also known as \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc22, this day is associated with \ud835\udde0\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee \ud835\uddde\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6. It is believed that Parvati removed her pale skin to kill the demons \ud835\ude4e\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude62\ud835\ude57\ud835\ude5d\ud835\ude56 and \ud835\ude49\ud835\ude5e\ud835\ude68\ud835\ude6a\ud835\ude62\ud835\ude57\ud835\ude5d\ud835\ude56. It is said that these two demons invaded the Devlok which is the abode of the Demi-Gods. After getting frustrated the Demi-Gods prayed to Goddess Parvati to help them defeat the Asuras. It is then when Kalaratri avatar was created. This avatar is depicted as a destructive form of the Goddess. She can be seen riding a dark black donkey. Her complexion is dark black and she has four hands.<\/div>\r\n
The Goddess appears in a red-colored attire or tiger skin with a lot of rage in her fiery eyes, her skin turns dark. The red color portrays prayer and ensures the devotees that the Goddess will protect them from harm. This form of Goddess is believed to be the destroyer of all demon entities, ghosts, evil spirits, and negative energies, who flee upon knowing of her arrival.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
